Breach of Contract.

1. In the event of breach of contract, EDT Automotive (the “Lessor”” reserves the right to remove all EDT equipment from the lessee with immediate effect. The lessee will allow EDT Automotive entry to its premises for such removal.

2. In the event of a breach of contract, the contract will default and be subject to the 3 month notice period of termination and all applicable terms and costs to the Lessee will apply, including charges for damage, monthly minimums, cap rental and unused service treatments for the 3 month termination period.

3. All outstanding invoices/monies owed to EDT Automotive from the lessee will become due with immediate effect.
